Pet rescue

If you’ve just moved to France, or have been here a while, and are thinking of keeping a pet, please please consider rescuing an unwanted animal before thinking about buying one. We have had three rescue dogs, all of whom have been wonderful, and taken in various cats over the years. Most of these animals are in shelters or foster homes though no fault of their own. If they’re lucky they will be rehomed or kept until someone takes them on, but in some cases they are put to sleep, so please do look at the following links and see if you too can find the dog or cat for you...
